        "content": "## Telegram assistant with long-term memory\n\nA Telegram bot that remembers what each person tells it, across chats and days, with **twin memory**. Simple Memory keeps the last few messages; twin memory keeps everything else and finds it again.\n\n### Set up\n1. Install the community node **n8n-nodes-twinmemory** (Settings > Community Nodes).\n2. Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather and add its token to **Telegram Trigger** and **Send Reply**.\n3. Add your OpenAI key to **OpenAI Chat Model**.\n4. Create an API key at twinmemory.dev (Console > API keys) and add it to both twin memory tools.\n5. Activate the workflow and message your bot.\n\nEach Telegram user is their own end user in twin memory, by their Telegram user ID, so one bot keeps every person's memory apart."
