twin memory

Google

Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks and Chat for the account an end user connects, in their memory.

One Google sign-in reads the account's mail, calendars, Drive, tasks and Chat. It is the connector most end users connect first: who they write to, what is on their calendar and what they are working on in Docs and Sheets.

Connect it

In the console, open Connectors, pick Google, check whose memory it feeds, and Continue to Google. Sign in on workspace.google.com and approve; you come back connected, and the last 90 days start arriving within a few minutes. See Connectors for what happens to what it reads.

Good to know

  • Mail arrives with the text of its attachments; Drive files with the text of documents, PDFs and Office files.
  • Chat reads need a Google Workspace Business or Enterprise account; on a personal Gmail account the two Chat sources stay empty.
