Jira
Issues, comments, worklogs and changes on an end user's Jira site, in their memory.
Jira connects through Atlassian's sign-in to one Atlassian Cloud site. It reads the issues created or changed there and the ones the person is involved in, with their comments, worklogs, status changes and attachments.
Connect it
In the console, open Connectors, pick Jira, check whose memory it feeds, and Continue to Jira. Sign in on atlassian.com and approve; you come back connected, and the last 90 days start arriving within a few minutes. See Connectors for what happens to what it reads.
What it reads
| Source | What it holds | Read |
|---|---|---|
| Issues | Issues created or changed on the site you connected, and open ones you are involved in - status, assignment, priority, sprint, story points, watchers | every minute |
| Comments | Comments left on issues on the site you connected | every 2 minutes |
| Worklogs | Time logged against issues on the site you connected | every minute |
| Changes | Status moves and field changes on issues on the site you connected | every 2 minutes |
| Attachments | Files attached to issues on the site you connected, with the text of documents, spreadsheets, slides and PDFs | every 2 minutes |
Good to know
- An issue that moves from To Do to Done stays one item in memory, in its newest state; the Changes source keeps how it moved.
- Attachments arrive with the text of documents, spreadsheets, slides and PDFs.
- One connection reads one Atlassian site. To read another site, connect Jira again.
